We deliver throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. We ship parcels from our warehouse by courier pickup. International delivery is also available.

– Delivery times: depend on your location and the delivery method you choose.
– Delivery cost: calculated individually depending on the size and weight of the goods.
– Responsibility for delivery: the company is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies or customs services.

Payment terms:
– Prepayment: products and material stabilization are manufactured subject to a 50% or 100% prepayment.
– Production time: production can take from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and production workload.
– Changes and order cancellation: orders can be changed or canceled before production begins.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods and packaging are in good condition.

Care

• Ease of maintenance: stabilized moss and plants require no watering, misting, or special care.
• Storage recommendations: avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive humidity. The optimal indoor humidity level is 40–55%.
• Cleaning: to remove dust, use a dry, soft brush or cloth without applying pressure. Do not use water or chemical cleaning agents.

Important conditions

• Use: the products are intended for use in dry, enclosed indoor spaces. It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and sudden temperature changes.
• Liability: the manufacturer is not responsible for changes in appearance or damage caused by failure to follow the care and usage guidelines.

Color and texture

The color and texture of the product may slightly differ from on-screen images due to individual display settings, lighting conditions during photography, and the natural properties of the materials.

Stabilized moss and plants exhibit natural variations in shades, density, and texture. Each product is inherently unique, so minor differences in color, shape, or coverage density may occur.

These characteristics are normal for natural materials and are not considered defects or grounds for product return.

Installation

• Easy installation: the picture or decorative panel can be easily mounted on the wall using the standard mounting hardware included in the set. Installation is recommended exclusively in dry indoor areas.
